OUR START
The Yarada (Sector of the Olives), was founded in 1953, when group of people, decided to make denunciations in the arid pampas of that area, which began to irrigate with water of the subsoil, in this entrepreneurial effort Ing. Washington Morales Gonzales, was the one who began the work in the San Antonio estate, which is located in the Irrigation of the Yarada Baja, Sector los Olivos (La Yarada - Los Palos district), with an extension of 60 hectares. At the beginning, it was mainly livestock, orienting only 10 hectares to the cultivation of olive trees, already in 1991, it was decided to change turn and devote mostly to the cultivation of the olive tree and in lesser proportion to export crops such as onion and paprika.
NOW
We are currently a company established, and since our creation we have been dedicated to the production, processing and sale of agricultural products, especially processed olives, for which we have 80% Ha, destined for this product and a processing and selection plant led by specialized team in all processes involved in the pre-post harvest, production to reach the quality of the final product.

Thanks to the Pro-Innovate program we were able to certify our quality and obtain a GMP so that we could offer the best products but this time, backed by an international certification.
